We currently accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal.

We currently ship to both USA and Canada.

Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
Yes. Your billing address, however, must match the address on your credit card statement.

Do you accept international credit cards?
We only accept American and Canadian credit cards.

Why is my credit card not being accepted?
Please check the following: * that the number and expiration date are correct * that the billing address you provide is the one that your financial institute has on record. If everything is correct, and your card is still declined, please contact the institution that issues your card.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are normally processed within three business days, if not sooner. Marvelous Merchandise will notify you if your shipment will be delayed for any reason.

Where am I able to ship my order to?
MARVELOUS MERCHANDISE currently markets to the continental USA and Canada. Products that ship from the US to Canadian addresses are subject to brokerage and duty fees and will be C.O.D. MARVELOUS MERCHANDISE is not responsible for any additional charges.

Can I ship C.O.D. or to a P.O. Box?
We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO addresses.

Who do you use to ship?
We utilize UPS for most deliveries, and will on occasion utilize FedEx, United States Postal Service, Canada Post or DHL depending on the circumstances.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
If the problem is that your product is not what you ordered, or is defective, you can return the product. If the problem is a technical problem you are experiencing with the product, contact technical support with the manufacturer. If your problem is different than any of these, contact us.

An order cancellation request must be received within one hour of placing your order You may contact us to cancel your order.
